We did it again Dad! Football bought everyone together to raise money for your cause. Family, friends, colleagues, people you never even had the chance to meet, came together for you. To help make progress, make the change that will mean futures sons & daughters won’t be having to do this for their own parents in the future. Even giving them more time to make more special memories together. I miss you so so much everyday. Luca sends all his love to his Grandad too 🧡
